Mobile Check Deposit Maintenance

The mobile check deposit functionality on our mobile banking app will be unavailable during routine maintenance on Sunday, February 18, 2018, from 2:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. EST. During this time, you will not be able to deposit checks with our mobile banking app. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Call Center

You may be experiencing longer than normal wait times when contacting our Call Center. Unfortunately, like many of you, we are experiencing an increase in staff absences due to the flu. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You can always access your account(s) online, with the mobile banking app, or with MemberLine. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Branches Closed – President’s Day

All branches will be closed on Monday, February 19th in observance of President’s Day. During this time, you may access your accounts online or with our mobile banking app. We will resume regular operating hours on Tuesday, February 20th. Please note that any mobile check deposits received between 4:00 p.m. EST Friday, February 16th and Tuesday, February 20th at 4:00 p.m. EST, will post to accounts the evening of Tuesday, February 20th.

New Hours – Beech Island Branch

In an effort to better serve you, we will be changing the operating hours for our Beech Island branch. Effective February 1st   this location will be open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

Please note there are debit card limits in place for purchases both local and abroad to protect your account. However, if you plan to make a large purchase with your debit card, contact us so that we can review your situation and ensure you don’t encounter any issues.
